Terms & Studio Policies

All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Booking confirms your room for the full block you selected. You receive a confirmation email and SMS with the session details and a secure link to your receipt.

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Within 48 hours, the session is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion.

Every booking requires a government-issued ID upload at the time of checkout. IDs are stored encrypted in a private Supabase bucket and accessed only by studio staff. We retain ID images for 90 days after your session, then they are permanently deleted.

• No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside the studio. Outdoor only.
• No illegal substances on the premises.
• No firearms, no weapons.
• Reasonable food and drink in the lounge. Covered drinks near gear only.
• You are responsible for your guests. We reserve the right to end a session for unsafe or disruptive behavior with no refund.

Our gear is insured, but you're responsible for willful or negligent damage to instruments, mics, or the facility caused by you or your guests. We'll invoice reasonable repair or replacement costs.

You own the recordings produced during your session. Paradise Studios does not claim any rights to your material. We request permission before posting clips or photos of your session on our Instagram.

Our suite is reachable by elevator. If you have specific access needs, email us at hello@paradiserecording.com before booking so we can make the session work for you.

Paradise Studios is not liable for personal property left on-site. Please take your gear, hard drives, and personal items with you at the end of the session.

We may update these policies occasionally. Material changes will be posted here and emailed to anyone with an upcoming session.
