Privacy Policy

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and a government-issued ID. When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment details — we never see or store your full card number.

• To confirm and manage your session.
• To send session reminders (email 24 hours before, SMS 1 hour before).
• To comply with our ID verification policy.
• With your opt-in consent, to occasionally share studio news and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS). We never sell your data.

ID images are stored encrypted at rest and deleted 90 days after your session. You may request earlier deletion by emailing hello@paradiserecording.com.

We use cookies for session auth (admin panel) and basic analytics. No cross-site tracking, no ad networks.

California residents have specific rights under CCPA, including the right to request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@paradiserecording.com.
